Woods Furniture was founded in 1950 by Thurman and Elsa Woods at 433 E. Main Street. In 1990, the second Woods Gallery was added by second generation Darryl Woods at 5 E. Main Street, also in Downtown Turlock. In 2006, a third Woods Furniture Gallery was added by a third generation, David and Randy Woods at Taylor Road and Highway 99 in North Turlock.
