WOODS FURNITURE SALES INVOICE RULES and REQUIREMENTS: PLEASE REVIEW WITH YOUR SALES TEAM MEMBER.
PAYMENT TERMS: Cash, checks, or most major credit cards will be accepted. All purchases including Financing require a 25% down payment (OAC) All purchases are required to be paid in full before delivery or pickup. NO REFUNDS ON SPECIAL ORDERS. Store credit will be issued from ANY AMOUNT OVER the 25% restocking fee collected if item could not be cancelled from factory. Regarding in stock purchases that have been delivered: IF THE PRODUCT IS RETURNED WITHIN 3 DAYS, is subject to a $99 service fee for Woods to pickup. If another item is chosen from stock the new delivery fee will be charged for the exchange plus any price differences. Only store credit will be issued if the new items are a lesser cost. Any item returned by the customer is subject to Woods inspection to insure it is returned in original delivered condition. No exchanges or returns will be allowed after 3 days.

RETURNED FURNITURE OR MATTRESS SETS: Factory sleep trials, or comfort exchanges, are subject to delivery and pickup charges by Woods. ($99 minimum) Some manufacturers may have an additional fee for a return. All products must be clean and have no contamination from any source. (Ex. Bodily fluids, food, pet hair/residue, and smoke, etc.) An inspection of product will be done upon return. Note: More than one exchange of any type is not allowed from original invoice.
DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS: You will be contacted and a delivery date will be established. Woods uses a 4-hour window for your delivery. The windows are divided into AM or PM. Please have the area clear and any animals sheltered before delivery team arrives. Is this an upstairs delivery? YES or NO Do you need assistance moving furniture within your location? YES OR NO. Woods Furniture charges $10 per piece to move items within your location or $25 per piece to remove from your location. Delivery team uses their discretion whether to move or remove items and contaminated situations. Woods is not liable for customer's belongings while moving or removing.
CUSTOMER PICK-UPS: You will be contacted when your purchase has arrived to Woods. Please allow 48 hours minimum for any pickup because your item needs to be detailed before your scheduled day. You will need to bring an appropriate vehicle along with blankets, rope, or padding for safe transportation. Woods is not allowed to tie down your load out. Please have someone tie down your load before leaving. When your item has been loaded you will sign a release form provided to you by a delivery team member. "Customer agrees to hold harmless, Woods Furniture, and its agents and employees from and against all claims, including bodily injury, property damage and attorney fees arising out of or resulting from loading or unloading of merchandise when the customer chooses to self-load any merchandise"
FACTORY LIMITED WARRANTIES: Woods abides by all manufacturers "limited warranties' before any service is performed by us or an outside factory authorized service agency. "Off gas" odors from products are normal. Each factory has their limited warranty information, including weight restrictions, listed on their website so please take time to review before emailing in for a warranty claim or repair service. Out of warranty claims are subject to handling, parts and labor charges. TBD per case. The manufacturer or Woods will not warrant any misused, dirty, or stained product especially when contaminated.
